On Thursday, March 31 jive to a 14-piece big band at the Glasgow University Union, located at 32 University Avenue. Admittance is £15 and includes a full buffet and entertainment till 1 a.m. This is a theme event, and all dancers should come in 1940s-style dress.
The floor entertainment starts at 8 p.m. Get to Glasgow by catching a train at Edinburgh’s Waverley Station (it’s an hour long ride).
