Executive Chef Tom Aikens from London (and with two Michelin stars) will be hosted at MSA (Istanbul Culinary Arts Institute) this weekend.
Tom Aikens started working with Pierre Koffmann at the La Tante Claire when he was 22 years old. After a brief divergence and stray with Richard Neat at Londra Pied à Terre and Joel Robuchon in Paris, he returned to La Tante Claire as Head Chef.
In 2003, he opened his very own restaurant in Chelsea under his name. He now has three Tom branches (Aikens, Kitchen and Terrace) around the world.
This weekend, this executive and exclusive chef will be teaching a lucky lot of eager amateurs how to cook some of this best dishes.
