Istanbul’s gastronomic boutique restaurant Mimolett (also one of this author’s favorites), is putting its finger on a fabolous event this week. Mimolett is going to host Michelin Star Chef SoenilBahadoer – the chef owner of famous 1 Michelin Star Restaurant De Lindehof in Netherlands-on May 17 as a guest chef. On this date, the two Chefs, Chef Soenil Bahadoer and Chef Murat Bozok (the chef owner of Mimolett Restaurant) are going to cook together for the guests.
This is actually not the first time that Chef Soenil Bahadoer arrives to Mimolett. Previously Mimolett Restaurant, hosted the 43 year old Michelin Star Chef Soenil Bahadoer on March 8. The occasion at the time was a special dinner designed for VIP Guests, including The Consul General of The Kingdom of The Netherlands Onno Kervers, Onno Kerver’s elegant wife and some Turkish journalists. The synergy between the Michelin Star Chef Soenil Bahadoer and Chef Murat Bozok was immense during this first event.
This time Chef Soenil Bahadoer and Chef Murat Bozok are going to get into kitchen to cook not just for an elite group of invitees; but for anyone who will be a guest visiting Mimolett Restaurant on the 17th of May. Mimolett Restaurant’s Chef Owner Murat Bozok says; “We have hosted very special guests in Mimolett from the beginning. However, hosting Michelin Star Chef Soenil Bahadoer – the most influential and successful chef in Netherlands was heart warming and exciting for us. His passion towards the food and his well discipline is worth to woke up adoration. Earlier we cooked for a small group together on March 8. For May 17, we prepared a premium menu for the entire guests to turn this into a lovely experience. What’s more, we would like to thank to Consulate General of The Kingdom of The Netherlands and Kayra Wines for supporting us with this event.”
The event is indeed supported by Consulate General of The Kingdom of The Netherlands and Kayra Vintage Wine Selection. The Menu of May 17th will showcast traditional Indian touchs and peppers. This exclusive menu is designed by Indian origined Chef Soenil Bahadoer and Chef Murat Bozok together. The concept used in the design is that of “Beautiful Harmony of Dutch and Turkish Cuisine”. Exclusive dishes such as Fried Tuna and Tuna Tartare with Wakame and Yuzu Cream, Sole with Crust of Tandoori, Nobashi Shrimp with Clam, Lamp Leg, Chops and Fillet with Paprika and Mojito Souffle will be paired with Kayra Wine Selection.
