Bahadoer – Bozok in The Kitchen This Weekend

Recall that this weekend Istanbul’s Boutique Restaurant Mimolett (with aspirations for Michelin Stars) is hosting Chef Bahadoer. Together with the managing owner Murat Bozok (of Mimolett), Chef Bahadoer is cooking for the guests of Mimolett.
