Starting the first week in September, over two dozen Lake Tahoe restaurants and bistros will be participating in the first-ever Lake Tahoe Restaurant Week. From September 5 to September 12, 2010, various eateries around the lake will celebrate cuisine and culinary talent with 3-course prix-fixe menus that use organic, seasonal and local ingredients. The public is invited to join in on the fun.
The lunch and/or dinner menus will go for $20, $30 or $40 per person (tax and gratuity not included). There are no passes, tickets or coupons needed. Instead, diners simply visit their favorite participating restaurants throughout the week to enjoy the special menus. However, it is strongly recommended that diners make reservations in advance by contacting the participating restaurants directly.
