Las Vegas is home to several celebrity chefs and award-winning restaurants, and this week the city will be showing off it culinary talents at Bon Appetit’s Vegas Uncork’d, May 6-9. An assortment of delicious events will be held at several hotels, restaurants, and lounges, like Shibuya, Fontana Lounge, MiX, and Olives.Look for big-name chefs at Uncork’d, like Wolfgang Puck, Joël Robuchon, Bobby Flay, and Charlie Palmer. The number of notable chefs and restaurants participating in Uncork’d makes it a premier event for foodies.

Tickets are still available for several events over the three days, although the Mother’s Day Brunch at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is sold out. You can still purchase tickets for the star event, the $175 “Grand Tasting” at Caesars Palace (at the Garden of the Gods Pool) on Friday, May 7, and for the festival’s after-hours pool party at The Pools at The Palazzo on Saturday, May 8. The 10:30 p.m. pool party at The Palazzo unites wine, delectable food, and rock and roll. What more could a foodie ask for?
