Famed molecular gastronomist Heston Blumenthal eagerly anticipated London restaurant has opened.
He’s dabbling in historic British cuisine this time around, sample the meat fruit, circa 1500 and fill us in.
Open for afternoon tea and lunch too, despite the name.
