Hankering for a celebrity sighting? Hotel bars in Hollywood happen to be havens for the rich and famous so sport your paparazzi-proof sunglasses and keep your eyes peeled at these hotspots.

Bar Marmont at Chateau Marmont (8221 Sunset Blvd.)
Old Hollywood glamour meets contemporary cuisine in a legendary establishment graced by many a Kardashian and Lohan. Executive Chef Carolynne Spence cooks up a hearty menu filled with yummy dishes like oxtail bruschetta, crispy chickpeas, and beet salad. Pop in for the Sunday night fried chicken special dinner complete with biscuits, mashed potatoes, and kale.

Skybar at Mondrian (8440 Sunset Blvd.)
Breathtaking views, beautiful people, and a luxurious lounge await you at Skybar. Dress your best to get past the velvet rope and hit the dance floor while soft lighting bounces from the pool to the comfy yellow and gold accented seats. On the swanky side, be prepared to dish out $15 per cocktail.

Library Bar at Redbury (1717 Vine St.)
June 2011 heralded the much anticipated arrival of Redbury Hotel’s Library Bar owned by SBE group. Recent host of Kristin Cavallari’s Chinese Laundry soiree, this Hollywood and Vine establishment has seen its share of star-studded nights. Seen in HBO’s Entourage, and the sight of many a celebrity’s private party—ahem, Jamie Foxx—The Library is now open the public to experience a taste of old school glam tinged with today’s trends.
