Daniel Boulud Opens DB Bistro Moderne Restaurant in Miami

Award-winning chef and restauranteur Daniel Boulud, who owns mini-empire of dining establishments stretching from New York to Las Vegas to Singapore, has opened a local branch of his popular DB Bistro Moderne restaurant at the JW Marriott Marquis, a luxury hotel in downtown Miami. Under the direction of executive chef Jarrod Verbiak, the casual gourmet eatery serves its usual fusion-style menu of French bistro dishes with modern American influences. Appetizers include  escargots persillade and tuna crudo, while main courses range from crispy duck confit to venison orecchiette. For reservations, call 305-421-8800.
