Sea Life gets monster crab

Munich’s “Sea Life”, a large aquarium on the Olympic Park grounds, will soon be quite a lot more interesting.   A new permanent home for an 8ft (2.4m), 15kg (33lb), approximately 30-40 year old, giant Japanese spider crab has been built and will receive “Crab Kong” on Easter.

The Sea Life aquarium is the largest aquarium in the region and if you enjoy looking at not only Crab Kong, but also exotic fish and the fish found in southern Germany, then you should add this to your list of things to do in Munich.
