This month a new shopping mall opened in Munich! It’s not the largest in the city, but it’s certainly a decent size with 150 stores. An expansion already in progress should double the stores. The location is easy as it is just outside one of the three main train stations of Munich, “Munich-Pasing”. What is not so nice is that at the moment the Pasing train station is completely ripped apart for renovation to the extent that I would actually recommend staying away from the mall for a couple months, but by summer it should be nice, easy, and beautiful.
The Pasing Arcaden is open Monday through Saturday with the stores being open from 9:30am until 8pm. Parking is available, but getting there by train from the city center is extremely easy with the S-bahn every few minutes.
