Free Oslo: Student Concert

In Oslo this week?

On Thursday, students from the Nordic Institute of Stage and Studio (NISS) are putting on a free concert. And these aren’t just any music and film students, people. NISS is like a hatchery of future award sweepers. Currently, one student is on tour with French cool alternative rock band Phoenix. Another student’s graduation project is part of the official selection at the European Independent Film Festival 2010 (The European equivalent of the Sundance Festival). A 2009 graduate is currently sweeping Europe as part of the multiple award winning band Donkeyboy.

You just might be able to say: I heard them in concert before they were famous.

Time: 29 April at 6:30 and 9 pm
Venue: The NISS-cellar, Christian Kroghs gt 2, Grønland

Entrance free!
