It is not cheap, but you are bound to find something unique.
This cute, little house features items from local artists as well as classes for the aspiring artist in everyone. Pick up a piece of jewelry, some homemade soap or some hand-knitted sweaters for the shabby chic lover on your list.
This is a lovely little escape from downtown Reno. Lavender Ridge is located in Verdi just above the Truckee River and features fields of lavender (in the high desert) that only bloom during the summer, but the little store next door is chock full of items for the home, kitchen and bathroom. Try their lavender lotions and soaps or their lavender rub for meat dishes.
