Photo Friday – Kralingen Lake, Rotterdam

Shot on a warm Summer morning, this picture shows one of the best places to spend a relaxing day in Rotterdam – the Kralingen Lake. Surrounded by the Kralingen Park (Het Kralingsche bos), the lake offers plenty of recreational activities, both for the young and the old.

A full circle walking round the lake takes approximately 30 minutes, rejuvenating the body and the mind and you can grab a coffee on the way, from one of the cafes lining the lake. Come, walk with nature in Rotterdam!
