The Mormon Tabernacle Choir is one of the oldest and most beloved choirs in the entire world.  The choir is made up of 360 male and female members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was founded in 1847, just a month after the Mormon pioneers crossed into the Salt Lake Valley.

The choir performs live every Sunday in the Tabernacle at Temple Square and performances are free and open to the public.  Those wishing to attend the performance must be in their seats by 9:15 am.
