Try Roosters’ Junction City Chocolate Stout, a robust stout with a hint of roasted mocha flavor – my favorite Utah beer. Rooster’s also has a seasonal Dunkelweiss, and oh is it tasty. Their food is also some of the best in Ogden. Stop by Roosters after a day skiing Snowbasin Resort (opens November 25); start out with the Naughty Fries followed by Roosters’ Famous Fish Tacos – you’ve earned it.
