Seattle Snapshot: Rotating Oysters
Food — By Michelle Schusterman on May 12, 2011 at 10:29 pmToday’s snapshot is courtesy of Seatown Seabar & Rotisserie, one of local chef Tom Douglas’s acclaimed restaurants. As you might expect from the name, Seatown serves up fresh seafood and juicy meats from the rotisserie.
They also have a “rotating oyster program,” serving up different fresh oysters from different locations. In this shot they’ve dished out a few succulent Sister Point, Penn Cove and Kusshi oysters.
