Singapore Food Festival
Events, What's New — By mariannerogerson on July 16, 2010 at 2:25 amHungry? Check out the Singapore Food Festival starting today (16th July) and running until 22nd July.
The best place to experience the Chinese influence on Singaporean cuisine during this week-long food extravaganza, is to head down to Clarke Quay in the evenings, where the Read Bridge will be transformed into ‘Clarke Quay Food Street’. Here you can taste an array of different delicacies by more than 30 famous restaurants and hawkers all under one roof.
Street entertainment and nostalgic street snacks will also be a key feature at the event, and a series of Makansutra Culinary Master Classes will appeal to any budding chefs out there.

I would’ve loved to go to the festival, too bad I’m flying in two days!! I can’t wait to explore Singapore shop and food. Thanks for sharing, hope I can make it next time
You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
This is the best blog for anybody who desires to find out about this topic. You notice so much its almost exhausting to argue with you (not that I really would need…HaHa). You definitely put a brand new spin on a topic thats been written about for years. Great stuff, just nice!
