It’s finally here, the most highly anticipated, glamorous weekend in Singapore’s annual calendar – the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. Yes, Lewis, Jenson, Fernando and their speed-loving pals are all in town to entertain us with their high-speed action during the world’s only night race in the Formula 1 calendar.

The Formula 1 fun all starts tomorrow when the practice sessions start at 6pm, with Qualifying taking place on Saturday and then the real deal kicks off on Sunday at 8pm.

But that’s not all – running alongside the Formula 1 event, ticket holders will also be treated to other racing action, with the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, and the Formula BMW championships also being held on the circuit over the weekend.

And the entertainment is almost as good of the track as on it – race-goers will be treated to live performances from headline acts Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey, Daughtry, Sean Kingston and Adam Lambert among others… oh yes, and lets not forget everyone’s favourite ‘ladies entertainment’ act – the Chippendales!

One thing’s for sure – it’s going to be a great weekend, bursting with fun, fast cars, glamour and action. This is one weekend you’re not going to want to miss in Singapore.

At the time of writing this blog post, there is still very limited availability for tickets for Zone 4 walkabout for qualifying on Saturday, as well as 3-day Grandstand tickets for the Padang and Bay grandstands. Visit the Official Singapore Grand Prix website for further details.
