As Valentine’s Day looms, it’s all about romance this weekend in Singapore. We’ve already brought you some great ideas for romantic restaurants in Singapore, but we all know that romance is about much more than eating and drinking, so here are some other ideas on how to woo your honey.

It doesn’t get more romantic than taking in the view under a star-lit sky, and Singapore comes up trumps when it comes to providing the perfect way to cozy up to your loved one while admiring the city lights. The Singapore Flyer, the highest observation wheel in the world, offers spectacular views across the city and out to sea. Indulging in a Moët & Chandon Champagne Flight or booking a private capsule will certainly set the tone for a special evening. If you’d prefer to cuddle up closer, then jump aboard the Jewel Cable Car for the journey across the sea from Sentosa to Mount Faber, the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail – and yes, you can enjoy dinner for two on the move aboard the cable car too.

If the sound of lapping waves spells romance to you, then a River Cruise at night on a lantern-lit bumboat could be just the recipe for love you’re looking for, or check out the Imperial Cheng Ho’s Dinner cruise, which also takes in sunset and the Sentosa fireworks. For something more private, why not organise your own candlelit picnic on a secluded spot on the beaches of Sentosa?
