Paulette’s Patio – New restaurant on St. Thomas
Whats New — By kelowitt on February 8, 2011 at 5:28 pmIf you’re already a fan of Hervé Restaurant on Government Hill, you’ll love Paulette’s Patio, which is basically next door.
Offering “casual Mediterranean food with the accent on Greek and Italian,” the restaurant shares kitchen space with Hervé, and also a chef.
A quick read-through of the menu reveals tempting dishes such as spankopita, escargot Provencal, fried calamari, shrimp pasta alfredo, lamb shank and grilled beef kebabs. (You can also order from Hervé’s menu.)
They’re open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm onwards. Prices range from $5.75 – $25.75.
classic Caribbean dishes with a French twist.They offer unique dishes such as whelks provencal, goujon style flying fish with habanero mayonnaise, Cruzan tamarind BBQ ribs and jerked beef with crushed tomato and pepperoncini vinaigrette.
