• A true culinary homage to the Aztec culture, you can expect the Mexican food here to taste as authentic as possible in Bogota. Clear jars of chilis line the walls and the feeling is that of Oaxaca, given the chef lived there for a while. The idea is that you share platters together with friends and so you are advised to order a selection or be scolded. Try the Salmón Oaxaqueño, the Carnitas Agave Azul, Tostadas de langostinos and you'll not be disappointed. What really shines through is the chef's ability to blend Mexican cuisine in appropriate measures and not to overdo the mole or the picante, one to remember and one restaurant not to be missed while in Bogota.
