• This is the standard in Bordeaux when it comes to fish and seafood. Located just a few steps away from Place de la Bourse, in the old part of town, this restaurant serves dishes such as fillets of vives (sting-fish); particularly plentiful in the Bay of Arcachon; along with raw and stuffed oysters, mussels in papillotes (steamed in foil parcels), and fish tartares. The alose, a particularly delicate local fish, is served with its roe and a herb sauce. Both the décor and the service are sophisticated.
