Description:
- Owned by the Cazes family, one of Bordeaux 's most illustrious wine families, (Château Lynch Bages, Château Ormes de Pez), this was one of the first restaurants in France to receive a Michelin star in 1933, but it has been kept modern and fresh (in menu if not in decor) by a young chef, Nicolas Frion.
