The inexpensive steaks and sandwiches are certainly pleasing to those on a budget. The best prices are on Monday and Tuesday, when the price of chicken wings drops to 10 cents each, although these spicy morsels would be outstanding at any price. With the money left your wallet, get a pitcher of Guinness Stout, cider or frozen cocktails. The kitchen closes at midnight.
