Seating 1200, this large venue is home to many Broadway and pre-Broadway theater spectaculars. Since it's opening in 1914 by the Shubert Brothers, numerous stars such as Marlon Brando, Quentin Tarantino and Fred Astaire began their careers performing here.

  • Like the majority of older theaters in Boston the seats are small and tight fitting - if you don't know this before going to the Wilbur Theater then shame on you. I do my research...
