- With beautifully appointed guestrooms, the W Boston equips each with 37" flat screen televisions, electronic safes, goose-down bedding and coffeemakers. While in-room Wi-Fi access is available, additional fees apply. Visitors additionally raved over the W's terrycloth robes and bathrooms stocked with Bliss Spa products. Equally impressive was the hotel's ideal location, set amid Boston's Midtown neighborhood, and within walking distance to the city's famed waterfront, New England Aquarium, Faneuil Hall and Chinatown. Those who indulged in the on-site bar found cocktails and service supreme, and while occasional guests remarked on the hotel's disappointingly small pool, it and the adjacent fitness center were utilized nonetheless. Major complaints concerned surrounding, all-hours street noise, as the hotel sits alongside late-night clubs and high-traffic streets.
