Description:
- The best things about this restaurant are the authenticity and the decor. It's clear that the owners and wait staff are entrenched in Ethiopian culture, and absolutely nothing is forced. A low, small restaurant tucked into the sidewalk, Addis Red Sea is cozy and unceremonious. There are no tables - instead there are soft, concave pillars in between you and the other person eating, that fits a round tray of food. Entrees come in little piles on a round, thin piece of bread. They emphasize only natural flavors of the food - there is no fancy kitchen work. This is pure food, and it tastes that way.
