Themed displays spotlight made-to-order omelets & waffles, chilled seafood, artisan cheeses, antipasti and individual appetizers, Mediterranean charcuterie and salads, a sushi chef's presentations, fresh pastas, grilled salmon and a carving station with roasted rib eye. There will also be a special presentation of Indian cuisine and an artistic dessert fantasy buffet.
