Description:
- An intimate restaurant with high quality food and an inviting atmosphere, Ten Tables offers a small taste of downtown in Jamaica Plain. Despite the short menu, Chef David Punch pleases both vegetarians and meat eaters by offering homemade sausages and a four course vegetarian tasting menu most nights. Try the Toulouse sausage with lentils du puy, followed by tender handmade potato gnocchi with braised oxtail. Both your sausage and vegetables (in season) are probably locally grown, and organic. Unfortunately, only a few wines are offered by the glass, except at the Tuesday night wine dinners. Reservations are recommended since Ten Tables is quite small, particularly in the winter when waiting outside is unpleasant.
