Description:
- Locals pronounce it "chowdah-fest," and for seafood lovers, it is heaven. For more than 20 years, the event has brought thousands of fish soup enthusiasts to City Hall Plaza. A dozen of the city's great restaurants bring piping hot supplies of their clam chowder in the hopes of taking home the title of Boston's best. Spoons are provided, but bring your appetite. The event also features music and performances and is held rain or shine.
