Description:
- One of Boston's oldest burial grounds sits in the North End. A stop on the Freedom Trail where many of Boston's of artisans, craftspeople, and merchants are buried. Some of the more famous folk laid to rest here include the Mather family of ministers; shipyard owner Edmund Hartt; Robert Newman, Shem Drowne, and Prince Hall. The well maintained grounds are a pleasant surrounding for this cemetery.
