I'm heading into Boston to see the baseball game, and it's my girlfriends first time going. I'm going on a Harbor Cruise and taking her to the Aquarium. I want to get fired up at a legit Irish Bar that has good, cheap beer, and good music. Where am I going?

Well, there is a great place, local to me, called 'Doyle's' in the Jamaica Plain section of Boston, but they no longer have music. They do have tours of the Sam Adams Brewery leaving from there, however, and that is always fun. The shuttle picks you up at Doyle's, brings you back, think it's only Friday & Saturday. This is now a serious landmark & should be visited if you are here, they have their own glasses, tee shirts & sweat shirts behind the bar, you can purchase for souvenirs. Highly recommended, my family has had numerous parties here & they are way cool.
