When the sun goes down, the Pearl Street Mall is the place to be. The Kitchen (Upstairs) has a classy, trendy feel and an extensive selection of wines, ports, and Belgian and craft beers. West End Tavern also has a decent selection of craft beers, plus an entire bourbon menu, shuffle puck, and an amazing rooftop deck that is enclosed during the winter.
The Bitter Bar, just off the Mall, has amazing cocktails and a quiet, classy atmosphere. Tahona Tequila Bistro boasts over 100 specialty tequilas, freshly-squeezed lime margaritas, and a selection of boutique wines.
Bácaro's rooftop patio has spectacular views of downtown Boulder and the Flatirons and is a popular late-night dance spot. The Rio's rooftop patio is another popular spot during the warmer months, particularly in conjunction with their famously strong margaritas.
Mountain Sun offers a comfortable, busy atmosphere full of locals enjoying hoppy microbrews, and Catacombs has a cavernous atmosphere, trivia nights, pool tables, and even a ping pong table.
