Khow Thai Café has been voted Best Thai Restaurant in Boulder Weekly's Best of Boulder County since 2003, so if the locals like it, you know it must be good. This relatively small, low-key café has an unassuming atmosphere but serves excellent thai food (nearly all of which can be prepared vegetarian).
Elephant Hut presents a modern but authentic approach to royal Thai cuisine, served in an art gallery of paintings done by skilled Thai elephants. The menu is inspired by culinary wisdom found along Thailand's Floating Markets, rivers and canals, where farmers and merchants sell produce and prepare foods from small wooden boats.
Naraya is a women and minority-owned business that is authentic to the core. The restaurant blends a serious devotion to Thai cuisine and sushi with a relaxing dining area that provides a traditional environment to enjoy their food and chilled sakes.
Chy Thai is often overlooked because of its strip mall location, but serves up delicious, affordable cuisine. Suki Thai Noodle House is an experience in dining similar to the casual yet superb street vendor cooking found in Thailand and the Thai Suki-style restaurants where customers have food cooked in front of them.
