    Born from the marriage of a speakeasy and the true definition of a lounge, The Bitter Bar is a place where one can enjoy the craft of cocktail preparation in a setting that caters to the enjoyment of conversation and the company of friends.

    Tahona Tequila Bistro, with over 100 specialty tequilas, offers freshly-squeezed lime margaritas, tasty tequila cocktails, and a selection of boutique wines chosen to complement their high-end Mexican cuisine.

    Absinthe House is a bistro and a nightclub that was created using a "multi-use" concept, meaning there's a dance hall with international DJs; rooftop patio chaise lounges; wine and cheese lists; an olive bar; and two dozen types of absinthe all within the same venue.

    A 2004 makeover of West End Tavern left the brick walls and the classic bar intact, but gave the rest of the joint a contemporary shot in the arm and a slick look. Beyond the 48 bourbons stocked by the bar, the tavern's roof garden is an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy some of the best views in town.
