- When Boulder is lying beneath two feet of snow, warm up at this Caribbean inspired hot spot. Or, during the summer, you can kick back on the expansive patio and enjoy tropical cuisine. Centro's interior looks like something off an artist's canvas. The color scheme shifts from deep tones to bright colors. Spicy jerk items abound on the menu, including vegetarian favorite, jerk tofu. Entrée selections include the standard blackened catfish and an encrusted sea bass. If you make it to dessert, the rum cake is decadent.

We went as a group to this restaurant while visiting Boulder. Their salsa sampler is $6, and you don't get nearly as much salsa as you do for free at other Mexican restaurants....

I had the Chile Rellenos and they were awful. The chiles were FILLED with seeds. Maybe it's traditional to serve them with the seeds, but I got more seeds in each mouthful than...
