Centro's interior looks like something off an artist's canvas. The color scheme shifts from deep tones to bright colors. Spicy jerk items abound on the menu, including vegetarian favorite, jerk tofu. Entrée selections include the standard blackened catfish and an encrusted sea bass. If you make it to dessert, the rum cake is decadent.
