    Description:

    • "Hapa," Hawaiian slang for the blending of Asian and American, is also the name of Boulder's trendy spot for sushi. The eclectic dining room has a sparseness that is distinctly urban. The bar brings in a DJ on the weekend and things get funky with jazz. Sushi is what the crowds come for, but you can also order a number of meat and seafood items, including a sweet Honey-Miso Salmon and the popular Hawaii Five-O, French pork chops in a char-siu demi glaze.
