Description:
- A true New York-style Deli had been missing from Boulder for a long time until Jimmy & Drew's Deli opened. Located about 4 blocks north of the 29th Street Mall, Jimmy & Drew's can be found in a nondescript strip mall with a Mexican eatery, a bakery, a Vietnamese restaurant, an Asian market, and an Indian market. While other delis may brag about the ingredients they import from New York and Chicago, at Jimmy and Drew's, chef Andrew "Drew" Marx makes just about everything on-site, even smoking his own pastrami and salmon. If you're in the mood for some matzoh ball soup, pastrami on rye, and a black-and-white cookie, Jimmy & Drew's Deli is the place to go.
