Sink Restaurant and Bar (The)

Description:

• This funky pub on University Hill serves up tasty pizza and sandwiches. There is a long-standing rumor that Robert Redford worked as a janitor here during his short stint at CU. The Sink stays open late, making it popular with the college crowd. Pizza comes in three crust choices based on density, and saving the crust and then dipping it in honey at the end of the meal is a tradition here. Burgers and Mexican fare round out the menu.
