Description:

• As the closest ski area to Boulder, Eldora's varied terrain and relatively inexpensive lift tickets are popular among families, snowboarders and alpine skiers. The resort's 10 lifts access runs suitable for beginners and challenging to experts. An extensive terrain park satisfies even the hippest snowboarders. One of the last independently owned ski areas in the region, it offers an alternative to crowded and glitzy resorts. Ski and snowboard rentals are available, and there are two restaurants on site. In the summer, Eldora and the surrounding mountains are popular among hikers and mountain bikers.
