Description:
Erected in 1982, this is the town's most gracious hotel. The angular structure sits on .4 hectare (1 acre) of gardens surrounded by 500-year-old stone walls. This place is especially alluring in spring, when forsythia, lilacs, roses, and Japanese cherries fill the air with their perfume. Most guest rooms are large and tranquil, outfitted in Louis XV, Louis XVI, or French country style. All come with a small bathroom, most with both tub and shower.
