• This is a standard but comfortable inn, built in the 1930s and renovated many times since. It rises three or five stories (depending on which part of the hotel you're in). The bigger and renovated rooms have private safes and are outfitted in a vaguely Louis XVI style. Other units don't have private safes, are a bit smaller, and have decors loosely based on Louis XV or a streamlined "internationally modern" style. Regardless of their style, each is cozy and comfortable, with warm colors. The location, a few steps from the cathedral and the Palais Jacques-Coeur, is convenient. Breakfast is the only meal served, but several simple brasseries lie within walking distance.
