Branson Fun Restaurants

  • The Best of NileGuide
  • The array of fun dining options in Branson runs as deep as the valleys of the Ozark Mountain. The fun restaurants of Branson are ready to serve up delicious eats along with hefty servings of rip-roaring fun. Among all the restaurants in Branson, Shogun Japanese Steak & Sushi has got to be one of the liveliest. A sushi chef prepares your dinner among flying knives, flipping spatulas and a little comedy added in for spice. The menu includes entrees such as Hibachi Scallops, Sukiyuki Steak, Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp and Hibachi Filet Mignon & Shrimp. Your meal is served with soup, salad, two-piece shrimp appetizer, steamed or fried rice, and vegetable.

Owned by superstar Dolly Parton, the Dixie Stampede is home to one of the best dinner shows in town. The night begins in the saloon, where appetizers and cold alcohol-free drinks spark the evening. Next, you are off to the auditorium for the show -- complete with 32 horses -- and a four-course meal. The dinner starts with homemade creamy vegetable soup. Barbecued pork and rotisserie chicken are the main course, with corn on the cob, homemade biscuits and herbed potatoes as sides.

For great steaks and country music, check out B. T. Bones Branson Steakhouse. Popular with an older crowd and also welcoming families, this restaurant/bar is one of the few places offering free live country music nightly from 5 p.m. You can chow down on dinner as you listen, with choices ranging from sandwiches and wraps to steaks, prime rib, chicken, and barbecue ribs. Don't count on having a ho-hum time, or going hungry, when you visit these fun Branson restaurants.
