Bar Brasilia

• In the mood for a nice cold beer and a lively crowd? Head to Bar Brasilia. Located in the South wing, the bar is inspired by the classic Rio botequim. The lovely antique wooden furnishings, such as the bar shelves that were rescued from an old pharmacy, predate most of the buildings that surround this bar. Make sure you try some of the kibes (savory snack made with ground beef) or the bolinhos de bacalhau (deep-fried codfish dumplings). Open daily 4pm to 2am.
