- Fantastic food with a monk theme. Brother Pat and his staff are excellent. If not too peckish try the Bistro downstairs where Nicholas will look after you very well! Menus are changed regularly and extensive wine list reflects Pat's previous experience in the Wine Trade. A trip to the loo to listen to the Gregorian Chants is a must!
