Description:

  • Named for a historic mine in the area, Tiger Run is both conveniently and beautifully located, with the Swan River running right through the property. Activities in winter include skiing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding; in summer there are wine-and-cheese parties, kids' s'mores night, and live music on Saturday. The clubhouse lodge, in the center of the park, is open year-round, with an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, a game room, a TV room, laundry facilities, restrooms with showers, and telephones. There's a small no-food convenience store; tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts; a children's playground; and sports equipment available at the office. Pets are welcome in RV sites only. There are also 30 chalet-style cabins on the property, with rates of $77 to $172 for doubles ($15 per extra person). Tents and pop-up trailers are not accepted.

    The Best RV Park We Have Visited. Pricey but worth it.
