Description:
In vibrant colors in a Moroccan-style building, this restaurant lies on a cliff overlooking the water. East meets West in their menu, which the owner and chef label a "Caribblend" style of cuisine. Calabaza is a family favorite, and there is a special menu for children. The appetizers are indeed appetizing, including a pumpkin soup with crystallized ginger. Among the more tempting main courses, red snapper is baked and flavored with a lime-and-jalapeño syrup, or else you can order crispy Bajan pork belly with tiger prawns and apple purée. A tantalizing choice is a vegetarian risotto with wild mushrooms and truffles.
