BGFA International Game Fishing Tournament

• This is the signature event on the calendar of the Barbados Game Fishing Association. Founded in 1961, the association organizes all game fishing tournaments on the island, including several one-day tournaments. The International Game Fishing Tournament is conducted under IGFA rules and is co-sponsored by leading insurance company, The Mutual. Participants often catch large varieties of wahoo (kingfish), dolphin, blue marlin and barracuda. Visitors are welcome to participate in the tournament.
